How do challenges work?

Each day, AI generates personalized challenges based on your goals and strictness level. Complete them to earn XP and level up your character.

What is the Anti-Vision?

Your Anti-Vision is the version of your life you DON'T want. By defining what you're fighting against, you create powerful motivation to change.

What are monthly bosses?

Each month has a "boss" — a major goal you're working to defeat. Complete daily challenges to deal damage to the boss and defeat it by month's end.

Can I adjust the difficulty?

Yes! During onboarding, choose your strictness level: Casual (3 challenges/day), Standard (5), or Strict (7 challenges/day).

How does the journal work?

Daily prompts encourage reflection on your journey. AI analyzes your entries to provide personalized feedback and track your emotional progress.

Can I reset my character?

Yes. Go to Settings → Reset Character to start fresh. This deletes all game progress, but your account remains active.

Is my data private?

Your journal entries and game data are stored securely. Some data is processed by OpenAI for challenge generation and feedback. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Which devices are supported?

AntiVision requires iOS 17.0 or later. We recommend iPhone 12 or newer for best performance.
